Mobile CrisisOur Mobile Crisis Management Response Teams are skilled mental health professionals and organizational specialists. The team’s goals are to minimize the overall impact crises and critical incidents have on employees and the organization. The Wellplace Mobile Crisis Management Response Teams are also prepared to respond to individual employee crisis. Our teams are capable of dispatching specially trained behavioral health clinicians to the emergency room or office. Clinicians are trained to perform onsite crisis management and stabilization. If the employee can be appropriately stabilized, alternatives to hospitalization will be pursued. The clinician will establish a preliminary treatment plan, schedule necessary clinical appointments and make appropriate follow-up visits to ensure the employee is receiving an adequate level of care. Wellplace Mobile Crisis Management Response programs are an innovative and a valuable adjunct to our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
