Individualized Employee Assistance Programs


 

Wellplace Employee Assistance Programs are individualized to meet specific organizational needs and budgets. Several services are part of each EAP program For example, every Wellplace EAP package includes:

  • Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
    Customized Reporting
  • Online Educational Services & Resources

Wellplace also offers several brief mental health treatment options. These services are provided by our national network of psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage, couples & family therapists. Options include:

  • 1-3 Counseling Sessions
  • 1-6 Counseling Sessions
  • Unlimited Counseling Sessions*

Industries and businesses tend to select higher counseling session options for their EAP programs. Research indicates this choice is in response to the dramatic growth in disability claims. Employers are looking to EAPs to provide assessment, referral, and monitoring programs that reduce this costly trend. Higher session options also appear to be directly correlated to a reduction in mental health benefits offered by many group medical plans.
